How does Yacht-Master relate to yachts?
I don't know but I want to own both.

I don't have a boat and I have a YG YM II. Don't have a car, in fact don't have a license and yet I own a Daytona. What counts is that IOU like the watch!

Cool looking watch, but not much relation to yachts.
And, by the way, what an odd word "yachts." |

The bezel is bi-directional.. ?? It turns both ways, like the GMT II ?
Say it's true, someone please clarify this.

I have a yacht master SS/platinum on the way now...and guess what...I get sea sick!! So I'll never be on a yacht..but it's a nice cousin to my subs...certainly looks much better peeking out under a nice shirt with a nice set of cufflinks

It is a really nice watch. Similar to a Daytona in being more refined then the other sport models, down turned lugs and polished body. Yet it has a dash of bad-ass diver mixed in. I think it is a great watch.
Thanks Larry (Tools) as I knew the bidirectional nature of the bezel, but never made the connection of being a useful tool for Yachting.
