I feel for you. To satisfy a buyer you violated you typical USPS registered mail, the only thing US RSC accepts - for a very good reason. I understand why you did this - to satisfy your buyer. I bet you never do it again. Good luck with FedEx - but don't hold your breath. Like I said I feel for you - try to satisfy a buyer and get screwed - it's not right.
