firstly i am not sure if rolex service thes BUT it is well known Tiffany did this so i would think so.
Also they ar ecommonly faked.
i would tell Anaheim to get it serviced by rolex and you will split the cost with them ( if it comes back all clear) if you are that interested. If it comes back a dud then you lose nothing and if it comes back with service and new warranty you have peace of mind

Tons of fake Tiffany dials out there. Also, I am not sure Rolex can even authenticate the dials, as they were not done in-house IIRC. Personally, if I was ever interested in picking one up (and paying the premium) I would only consider those that had the original paperwork and sales receipt from Tiffany & Co. YMMV.
