Fake or Real

Greetings.

First of let me start by saying I dont know if this is the correct category, if not then my apologies.
Secondly I have absolutely no knowledge when it comes to Rolex watches so please dont mock me for asking silly questions.
Okay here we go..

My grandmother died and when we emptied her house we found a watch saying "Rolex" - the story goes that my grandfather gave it to her in 1982 with a pricetag of around 5.000USD.
Now I've decided to find out whether it's real or not. At first glance, given that it's a 30 year old watch, it's in a pretty good condition although at closer inspections it looks kinda fake..
I shot some pictures that I'd like for you to take a look at and give your opinion on it. I don't want to walk down to the goldsmith only to have him laugh at me.

The system wouldn't let me upload the pictures so I used another uploader and here's the link: http://www.myupload.dk/handleupload/07068X87lYuEI

Kind Regards
Martin

Here is your picture of the inside movement.
Clearly not an original Rolex.

Sorry, that's not even remotely related to a Rolex.
