Oh I just read the post on top I would like to reiterate that this is in NO WAY a request to sell a watch or solicitation I just want to make sure I am trading my motorcycle and not getting gipped.

Maybe 7k? I wouldn't pay more than 6K though.

It's a little harder to sell MOP or diamond dial DJs just because MSRP is very high and sellers do not want to lose TOO MUCH money in the process.

I just bought this same watch for my wife two years ago as a baby gift!! It was mid size (not sure if the one pictured is) but MSRP on the mid size around 12k

I guess it also depends on is it new? used? serial? condition but just to let you know, MSRP on that watch (in mid size) is around 12k

Awesome watch, my wife picked it out and is obsessed with it and gets tons of compliments.

PS - I was even considering lightly used ones for a few months and couldn't find anything less than 6-7k in the For Sale section. Just FYI

I'd say $6k and maybe a little above.

It's a tricky watch to get good money for so use this to your advantage as the buyer.

If you want to check or reference a watch. Call Rolex USA in New York. Don't rely on guys on EBAY or gray market sellers from Bangkok..

Maybe sell the motorcycle and then buy the watch you want.

More details on your trade... Also confirm model number of the
Watch and make sure the dial is noted on the cert.

I don't know anything about bikes but I'd say GO FOR IT! It's a beautiful DJ....and we all know that wearing a Rolex is A LOT safer than riding a motorcyle!

Agree. Photo shows "D" series, so it's not extremely recent production. Does it have the older Jubilee bracelet? Stretch? That would make a difference.

Beautiful watch.

Hmmmm... The White MOP was selling for around $5500 about 2 years ago so I would assume $6kUSD should be the going rate now

Contrary to what some folks think about the MOP being a womans timepiece the Black MOP is one of my favorite pieces in my modest collection... Just thought I'd add my pic for comparison...

I still say this is my favorite on you of your collection! Though your new DD2 is close behind!

Anytime bro! I agree that the white MOP is beautiful! It's one I'd considered switching my dial for!
