GMT II 16710BLNO (bi-color) 2013 release

At the 2013 Basel show Rolex released a much awaited bi-color GMT in Blue and Black.

Of note are the now white font dial and blue 24 hr hand.

This is a fantastic release - heritage meets modern tech. On the wish list for sure

The also added Chromalight lume. I don't think it has the Glidelock clasp, though.

GMTc has Chromalight also, and this has the easy-link bracelet also, same as the previous model.
Only changes are the color of the bezel, hands and name.

This one is equally beautiful like all the other models from the Rolex,,simply grgeous..but i'd like to mention that don't you guys think that Rolex is sticking to a same design and they should make some major tweaks in the design department..all the watches look more or less same and are not much distinct from each other.

I think this is a beautiful watch. I've always wanted a GMTII. I've been aching for a Pepsi, but I'm liking the new Black/Blue a lot. I have one on hold for me until next week. I may have to sell my first every Rolex to fund this purchase though, a Submariner I bought in 2005.

on press photos it looks ok, not beter than the LN.
I never liked the font on the bezel.
Photos of the new GMT in real life are worse than i could imagine.
I hope one day they will make a black red bezel with the old style font, then it would be a perfect watch.
