Will dial change on Datejust affect value/genuineness?

Hi
I'm looking for a vintage TT 16013 with a blue dial. I see the model come up for sale every now and then, but rarely in that blue dial (only looking markets in my country).

So, I figured to buy one with black/white dial and then change. To my question:

If I do as in above example, will it affect the value? Will the watch be considered as a "blue dial TT 16013", or a "TT 16013 with dial replaced"? Assuming there are no papers stating the original make. Of course I will change it to a genuine Rolex dial.

BTW
Of the used vintage DJs being sold everyday, how often are they being sold with another dial than the one it was originally sold with?

Thanks

Vintage DJs are not real collectible Rolex so I would doubt if it would have any impact on whatever dial you change it do as long as its genuine Rolex.

Expect to pay more for a NOS dial than for a refinished but genuine DJ dial. It's still probably affordable. I think the most I have ever paid for a genuine factory DJ dial is $400, it took me about three weeks to find exactly what I wanted online.
