Outstanding.

I have taken the metal bracelets off all of my Speedies. I think the watch looks much, much better on a leather band, especially the black leather band with bold white stitching.

Very nice! Both of my Speedys saw very little bracelet time. That watch rocks on a wide variety of straps

G, Dave, both great choices. Those black straps really do work on the Speedys. Although there's nothing wrong with the bracelet on the right hand Speedy, Dave.

That's my 1965 Pre-Pro, Pre-Moon "Ed White" model Speedy. It came with the original bracelet, which is really rare, so I kept it on. However, I prefer a leather bracelet on my Speedy, so my 1966 Speedy gets more wrist time.

I am now down to three Speedmasters. I just sold the Broad Arrow Speedy '57 Replica in the middle of the photo above.

And why are there no stars in the sky? And why in such a heavily contrasted lighting environment are objects close to the camera but facing away from the light source still well lit?

Just a theory... but it looks like a sound stage from a certain Kubrick film.

Hi David,

Here is a very rare CK 2998 the "Wally Schirra" model that I owned. Wally was the first man in space hence the 2998 was the first Speedmaster in space.
It had the original hands and was a beauty.
