Uneducated noob help needed please.

There is an item on everyone's favorite auction site that I'm intersted in, (Tudor Submariner) but it looks quite different from any Tudor Sub I've ever seen. The seller discloses that the band is new and aftermarket but everything else is "as new". Can someone please verify, aim me in the right direction or offer thoughts on the below pictures?

Theres too many things about it that scream FAKE. Wrong dial, wrong hands, wrong stones, wrong colour, wrong words on dial... Tudor hasn't made a 'submariner' in decades. The bezel is from a Tudor Hydronaut, the dial is a fake, the bracelet is aftermarket (Tudor doesn't make them like that)... Fake, fake, fake!

It's a 100% guaranteed franken-watch and I would steer well clear of it and the seller.
