Big Block Pusher Question

Hi-
I recently purchased a big block on ebay. When I recieved the watch it had generic pushers (someone had removed the screws) how difficult is it to replace these with the appropriate screws?

A watchmaker w/ a Rolex parts account should be able to source and install them for you. Might be able to repaint the numbers on the bezel as well.

Ooh, that's criminal. Why would someone do that? Good luck with the restoration.
