With the transitional ref# models this is very common. Yours actually look very good.

i often thought about this too , but folk keep saying all rolex hands are white gold , and gold wont oxidize ,, maybe its an age thing.

Common - but you still dont have to like it. I would do nothing because if a watchmaker starts work something far worse may happen (chip your dial). Try to look at it more with your eyes and less through a loupe. Its hard because that is a beautiful dial.
I need to take my own advice as I take macro pics of my 16750 dial shooting through a loupe |

the modern ones are WG - the 'vintage' ones are plated steel, which is where the issues occur.

Wear it, love it, forget about it. There should be no concern on your part, those hands look great

First time to take close up/macro shot that's why I noticed it..
That's the bad thing about macro you see the imperfection on the watch.. |

NEVER EVER use a loupe on a Vintage watch. Unless your about to purchase it.

The hands on my red have oxidation but It doesn't bother me much. It was more important to me that the hands were original to the watch and the patina matches

My 1980 16750 hands oxidized really bad and the lume cracked in the 24 hr hand. I had them replaced during a service in 2004.
