Your new Visconti Fountain pen sure does look nice...and I agree with your Lady, it does look like stories(different floors)in a skyscraper with lights on on different floors.....how do you like the Fine Nib and the way it writes? What color ink are you using in the Fountain pen???
Take care.....Leo

I love the Fine nib on Visconti...the Palladium nib is so flexible that you can bend it while writing and still get a thicker texture.
I'm really hooked on Noodler's Ink these days (all their colors are spectacular) and this one is loaded with the Lexington Gray....! |

I love that pen. Been looking at getting a visconti soon for a daily pen and wanting something understated.

The cap is screw off. Tightens nicely and securely but comes off with light pressure. It's also well encased so you don't get any ink spillage inside the cap....
This is one of my top 3 pens ever.....simply amazing...! And obviously my favorite feature is the piston cylinder for refill....no separate cartridges or pump..... |

hmmm food for thought. I must admit I do like it however am really wanting a non screw cap.
Is their fine comparable to a western fine or an asian fine>? I think it looks sweet you got 555 number in the production run |

Western fine for sure... You should maybe look at the Homo Sapiens...it's not a a screw cap per say but it has a twist lock mechanism which I love....
