Icon20 Rolex Oyster Perpetual Chronometer 1935

I have this rare Rolex Oyster Perpetual Chronometer
The watch is in running condition and keeps excellent timing.
The movement used in this extremely rare timepiece is of the very highest grade and is in descent condition.
Signed “Rolex Chronometer”
“Timed 6 Positions”
“18 Rubies”
“Swiss Made”
“Patented Super balance”
“Chronometer Sl.No. E 66360 engraved on the movement”

My doubt is whether the number engraved on the movement is a Chronometer certification number or the serial number of the movement.
As per my limited knowledge i haven't seen a vintage Rolex Watch serila number starting with an Alphabet. Picutres are attached herewith

The E 66360 is the movement number and the COSC Chronometer as we know it now did not start till early 1973 when the COSC was founded.Your watch is not from the 1930s more likely late 1940s into 1950s and movement is not Perpetuall that means automatic that movement is manual wind .What is the metal hard to tell from picture should be serial between lugs, and would not class as being rare or collectible .

It's not perpetual, it's manual. And the dial looks refinished. Where did you find it?

there's visible rust inside there!!! yikes, it's very rarely do you see a watch that looks worse inside than the outside, and this seems to be an exception.

what does it say on the caseback? the model number and metal info should be on there.

Who told you this, the seller or is it your own assessment: "The movement used in this extremely rare timepiece is of the very highest grade and is in descent condition."
