Gaskets and Crowns

One of our members posted this as part of a larger picture and I found it would point out very well how Rolex keeps the inside dry. left to right would be SD H valve, 2nd pusher on a Daytona, 3rd would be what you find on the DJ, and the far right what you will find on a Sub or SD.

Wouldn't it be cool to have an entire cutaway Submariner in the same giant size?

I think the source for this image is coming from here:
http://forumamontres.forumactif.com/...lex-t45261.htm
This is the most active Rolex French forum

A short explication :
We had a big watch show in Paris at the Lutecia Hotel 10 days ago,
Lot of show room and demos with IWC, Bell&Ross, etc... and of course ROLEX

The site you state above tictac is by registration only and in French not that I have anything against them just that I don't speak the language! Have a great day!

re Daytona and Sub Triplock crowns

Very interesting lads!

So am I right in thinking the Daytona Triplock crown is identical to the Sub?

Cheers

Respected Sir,

I bought this watch from an authorised dealer ‎and unfortunately I lost it in month of July 2014 and when I claiming my watch from insurance company they are saying that the serial number is too small.
Please help me out as I have contacted Rolex in new york and no help given. I am a 70 years old lady and being hassled.

SERIAL NUMBER given to me on my rolex purchase is G46215

Please help me out.
