Help ID Vintage?

I have a chance to make a offer on the watch pictured.

Please help me with model, specs etc.
Condition evaluation with limited pictures and approximate value, I'm trying to get a guideline of what to offer.
This is the only photo I have right now will post more when available.

ROLEX 4768.
Last one sold at auction for $25k, before that 33k.
Fake dials and bridges can be bought for this watch. So, be careful.
Has a valjoux 72c.
