Greetings and Salutations
Greetings from Long Island NY!
Former 16750 owner (stolen see my first thread), looking to replace it, been browsing the board and the net for the next love of my life, and the TT Blue faced Sub is awfully pretty! Great site, nice people, a wealth of info! |

Welcome to TRF!
Sorry to hear about your loss of the GMT 16750. Have you reported the serial number on this stolen watch list? Also, have you contacted your nearest RSC and Police to report it stolen? If you like, you can add your first name in the avatar field by going to User CP top left in the blue bar and select "Edit Your Details". This will give you a more personal experience here when we are addressing you by your name instead of "Surfpirate". Just a suggestion.

I purchased the watch in 1983 and never did register it.
I did file a police report but I know it is gone. I get a call every month from the insurance company asking if the police have a suspect; so far my reply is "ask them"! the search continues... |

From personal experience I think your decision to replace your stolen watch with a different model is a good idea. If you want a Blue TT Sub, then go and get it. Have fun on this site.
