For Adrian (in particular....)
The Sub LV goes well with the green of the binoculars and telescope: might become de rigueur for the discerning birder....?

Great specs. I used them at work for a while, nothing else seems to compare As far as the watch,

Yes, different companies, but brothers... one makes the crystals, the other makes high end optics.
Just the optics suit my tastes, but I realise that both are market leaders in their field |

Maybe you can get closer to the birds with the LV Nick. The green might not frighten them off. Nice Barbour jacket..............I have one in the boot of my car in case I need to change a tyre in the rain. I bought it in the 80's for my bike but they seem to have fallen out with bikers.

I like the Barbour range for ruggedness and the lack of noise they make... something that most people don't have to consider, but - as you know - a rustling arm at the decisive moment of firing the shutter is a good way to ruin a photo! They're certainly not high tech, but are high quality... and still liked in pro farming and fishing communities Last edited by Islander; 7 April 2006 at 07:28 AM.. |

PS I put a few more pics up on the bird forum. Very nice ones, if I do say so myself.
