Real/fake? Air King in Buenos Aires
Hi everyone,
I'm new to Rolex's, and have found myself looking for a deal in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I came across this bad boy in a market, looks like a vintage Air King, and was wondering if this is legit. I still have to go back to the dealer and ask about papers, history, etc Does it look redialed? Or polished (either dial or lugs)? Thanks for all the help |

Based on my limited vintage knowledge, I think it's real, at least as far as I can tell from the picture.

after a quick thegoogle check and because of the year and model, i'd say its likely good - but a pic of the guts will say for certain.

The dial and the case look good. Can you post a picture of the movement?

Update!
Hi all,
After going back to the small dealer, I have more information for you all, as well as pictures of the movement. The watch is a rolex 5504 from 1967. Movement 1560. Here is a collection of pictures of the movement. I would love to know if this is legit! Asking price is sizeable. a b c d e Thank you in advance! |
