Finally owned a Rolex - what color should lume be?
Woohooooo after 6 years of dreaming, it has came true.
I own a M116610LN-0001. Should the lume be green or blue? Looks green to me. I done a little research and see mix answers. Thanks for the clarity. Finally a Rolex owner. Posted a few pics for fun. IMG_1019.jpg IMG_1018.jpg |

That's the right color, if you compare it with a watch with green lume side by side, it would look blue

Yeah five number subs have much much more bright green lume than six number ceramic subs have...Ceramics have that greenish blue kinda teal blue color...like your Lume shots above...Congrats on your first Rolex...Wear it in good health Mate!😊

Thanks gents.
I felt silly posting because it does look blue in picture but looked green in person. Just wanted to check. Thanks again. These forums are always so helpful. |

On its own Blue lume does look kinda green .. but if you hold it next to a watch that actually has green lume .. its becomes very obvious its blue ...
