eBay 1803, full set (?)

Spotted this 1803 on eBay, claimed full set.

Seems to me like the certificate is something that was provided sometime later in the watch's life, perhaps during a service, rather than an original paper provided when it was sold(?)

Any insight is welcome.

Why do you think that? I know papers can be faked, but this looks like an original punched warranty paper that would have been provided when the watch was first sold. Service paperwork is different.
