GMT Insert Help Needed!!!
I recently purchased a GMT Pepsi, Model 16710B according to the paperwork. I wanted to replace the Pepsi insert with an all black insert, so I purchased one off this forum. The insert I purchased is B315-16700-11-A1. I was under the impression 16700 inserts fit 16710 models. However, I was unable to get the new insert to fit when I tried to change them out. I just couldn't get it to completely snap in.
What insert is the correct one needed? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! |

GMT Insert Help Needed!!!
When I replaced the bezel insert on my 16710 Pepsi GMT2 it was thought to get the replacement insert snapped down fully. I used a spoon, rolling the spoon along the last section not lying flat. I placed a folded microfiber polishing cloth between the insert and spoon back to prevent marring the insert and it worked perfectly.

The 16700 insert you have is the correct one. They can be tricky to install.
