Your advice appreciated
I am resolutely sticking with just two watches after having too many watches by far in the past.
I have decided to move my lovely Omega Coax Chrono Full Steel on after 3 years and replace it with a 11610 for day to day wear. Non controversial and with little cash to find in order to change. The one I am more thoughtful over is the replacement of my 116523 Daytona (w/f) for one of these more indulgent watches (all NIB, mfr warranty) : £9500 £7000 £9000 £5500 The thing is all these watches smile at me. What do you fellas reckon?

i would forget the breitling and JLC.. have you considered a TT daytona.. would cost significantly less than the other options you mention and is the best looking imho.

Nice choices all. If I had to choose, I would go with the two middle ones. I like the Daytona on the strap (better than on a bracelet) and I love the JLC Master Geo. I have the RG with white dial myself. One of my nicer dress watches.

As I have already said I have the T/T Daytona 116523 (w/f) and it is a very nice watch but it doesn't quite do it for me.

I'm with stupid, if you really want to get rid of the TT daytona (which I think is a great watch with the w/f) the JLC and the daytona on a strap are great choices. I would lean towards the JLC as it is quite an impresive piece. |

Hi Welshman,
Welcome to TRF. I'd go with the very first one and the Breitling....if it's just TWO watches you're after. Cheers - JJ
