Good news just knocked at my door
I just got a phone from my AD to let me know that a refund in the amount of $725.00 is on the way to my pocket. So, it is official now, I paid $9,200.00 for my SS Daytona. Thanks again Yenning for the information.

The only reason Rolex raised the price is because The Daytona has a new clasp the 7859. But, the new clasp is not available in the USA and won't be for sometime. My clasp is the 7849 so, the price for the Daytona in the USA is still $9,200.00 and will be until the clasp is updated.

I believe the US AD'S were gouging the new price out of buyers but it is old stock and not the new clasp that is coming out soon. Which is not available in the U.S.A. yet this is my take on the subject

Great watch, ah wish i could get one myself. You know, I love the pictures everyone places up on trf. Starting with the outer, to the inner box, open the box, serial/polishing clothes covering the watch, another picture of a bezel protector, maybe a picture of a sheep (JJ of coarse:), and then 10 minutes later...the watch. I know it gets me excited. Its almost as if I am buying a new watch with each post :) Great job TRF !!!!!
