Different Versions of Same Reference?

I posted about my vintage watch earlier today and that spurred me to do some research. Turns out its a ref 165.002. Looking online though, there seem to be several very different versions of this watch; including face and hands. Is this normal?

Thanks a bunch, still learning.

:)

Yes normal. Omega made a number of models for decades and with many dial/hand variations.
