I totally agree with the OP; for me the 116600 is total dive watch nirvana!!! A watch made without concession to fads and made for its combined purpose of fashion and functionality. Having it on my wrist makes me crave for no other dive watch!!!

A Costly Lesson!

How could it be £4000 dearer? Or does that include what you lost buying/selling the other watches in the meantime?

Edit - even then you shouldn’t have lost that much flipping those other popular models?
