Dear folks,

If anyone has first hand experience about this timepiece, would love to hear from them. Looking to buy the 1048 for my wife. Just little anxious as Pam's are more known for its hand wound movements than self winding ones. So pros and cons about the 1048 please....

My wife wears the PAM00048 instead of 1048. She has been wearing it almost on a daily basis (rotate occasionally with a SubC) 70/30% since 2014 May. So far so good.

Thanks for the reply, Waikeekee. Yes both 048 and 1048 are similar watches (look wise) but with different movement and strap.
