Oyster 39 & Explorer 2

I love my oyster 39 & I'm thinking about selling my mint Explorer 2 for another Oyster 39 in white.

Mistake?

Thank you.

If money is no issue save and add to your collection. Otherwise if you never wear it move it on.

All you have to do is nothing. You have what I consider the best Rolex already, the Explorer II.

No.

You have a perfect 2 watch combo there.

I would add and not replace the Explorer II... if you must make a decision between the white OP and Explorer, u would keep the explorer.

I wouldn’t. You already have an OP and the ExII is a great piece.

I don't know if it's a mistake or not, but it seems the EXP2 complements your OP very nicely.

Sure, I like those OPs and the polar doesn’t really get me excited

Thank you for putting sense into me guys, I'm keeping the Explorer, change is good. It's just that I love the simplicity of the 39, it's pure and simple, it's also light and thin so it's very comfortable. I wear it with a t-shirt or a suit and it works. It's "only" $5700 and it's understated so you can wear it everyday.

Thank you for your advises, I'm keeping the explorer 2.

no way I would do it, but if that's what will make you happy, go for it. Those two would be too redundant for me.

Its just a watch. Sell it buy what you want.

The pair you have right now is good I think and personally, I'd keep the EXPII.

I do really like the new white OP39 so I can understand the want for one.
