My brother sells a fair amount on Ebay and he has complained to me in the past that once a buyer reports the item as “not as described”, Ebay will ALWAYS side with the buyer, irregardless of the seller’s rebuttal. Therefore, it’s obvious why the seller is “working” with you.

If any part of the watch is fake and the seller represents the entire watch as genuine, it’s a counterfeit. Do other buyers a favor. Take the refund then report him as selling a counterfeit product.
