Need help with evaluating 1985 16014
Hello TRF!
I was hoping I could get some feedback and insight with this particular specimen I found. https://asiatimepiece.com/products/r...atch-year-1985 I got some additional photos from the dealer below. I originally found the listing on eBay so I dont know what to think.... https://imgur.com/a/Yuxcjub Does this look correct? I dont see many white-dial 16014s so I'm not sure. It doesn't look overly polished either. Would y'all reckon that its worth the asking price if it doesnt have the jubilee bracelet? I appreciate any feedback and thoughts! |

Lume dot issue at "4" is likely normal deterioration, similar to my year 1987 Date.
Likely lightly polished, not a big deal. I cannot assist with value -- I just don't know that area.

Not overpolished... but IMHO definitely overpriced for a 16014 head on a strap...

Any idea what a reasonable price range would be? |

I agree with others that not having the oyster kinda make that deal expensive ...you should bargain your price. a strap like that is couple of hundreds compare to the oyster which is thousands and you will have a hard time finding a ~1980 bracelet to match.
