Icon20 36mm Royal Oak Picture Request

hey guys, I'm seriously considering adding a 36mm (or the 15450) ro. I love all the rare and different complications they did with those watches. I am particularly interested in the 14790st ofc as well as the dual time, day date, moonphase and the annual calendar. Are there any other interesting complications that i am not aware of?

I was wondering If owners of these olders ROs could post some pics of theirs as well as advice on where to buy and what to look out for. thank you!

Hi I think you are heading to the right direction regarding the 36mm Royal Oak if you have medium size or perhaps small size flat top wrist as the 36mm will wear very comfortably on you.

I have few common sizes of 39mm and 41mm royal oaks and these sizes no issue for me, I have 6.75” wrist size. However when I strap on the 36mm 14790, it just feel perfect and I actually prefer it over the bigger Royal Oak. You will like it if you have right wrist size for 36mm.

The 14790 on my wrist. Hope you find one soon.

The 15450 is a 37mm watch not 36.

Thanks . The military dial is unique and not usual AP Royal Oak we see everyday. I find the sword and arrow hand sets, non tapesserie dial and Arabic hour markers are special on this RO.

I think the 14790 would be an excellent choice. It has that slim profile the jumbo also has and wears extremely comfortable.

I have a 7.3" wrist and I prefer a 14790 over a jumbo size when it comes to wearing comfort. Which is why I bought one this week, should arrive on Friday! I'll post a wrist shot.

The jumbo is amazing as well.

The 14790 prices have gone up quite a bit lately though. The complications are gorgeous too.

I too think that for a wrist of 7 inches or less, the 36 mm ROs are a really underrated but perfect option. And you can get all the cool complications - i particularly enjoy the blue dial RO Day Date Moonphase - an absolutely stunning watch. I cant wait to see some more photos of 36 mms being posted here!!

Thanks a lot, it's a beauty and a dial you have to see in real life. Nothing like any other RO dial in my opinion.
