Where can I find instruction on how to wind the watch?

I am not clear on how to wind the watch and the difference between the winding in the crown and the one moving the watch.. "Pardon my terminology" I am a beginer in watches. I am sure that someone is able to expalin me the difference and the correct method to do it.

Thanks,
Rodolfo

It's pretty simple Rodolfo. Once you unscrew the crown, that's the point at which you can start to wind your crown. Around 40 turns of the crown should set your watch up with enough energy to keep it going undisturbed for about 46 hours. Of course, if you start to wear it then there's no problem.

If you pull the crown out one more notch then you can change the date.

Yet another notch and the hands will stop and you can set your time.
