I'm I in the vintage world ?

Like to hear from the board here, if my 1999 5066 bought new by me is labeled vintage now ? FYI its quality and durability is unquestionable.

FWIW I don't consider my 3998P from 1999 vintage. Looks just like a recent 5296G, only smaller and P...

Not sure about the 5066 though... It does actually look a little vintage, especially given the Aquanaut design mods from 2007... LOL

I have one too, bought new in 1998. Been my everyday watch for 20+ years. Vintage or not, they’re great and massively underrated watches. Enjoy yours in good health.

Vintage = dating from the past = Old = Subjective

IMO given Patek wrist watches are coming up on ~100 years, I would not consider 20 years to be old

I'll go with...

20's - Antique
30's - Antique
40's - Antique
50's - Vintage
60's - Vintage
70's - Classic
80's - Stranger Things
90's - discontinued models
2000's - discontinued models
2010's - discontinued models

LOL... I like Stranger Things as I want to add a Porsche Design IWC Ocean 2000 at some point, preferably a military BUND model...
