My 1970's Seiko bullhead on Nato and 6 inch wrist.... Love charisma of this watch although its bulky and top heavy

If I am an absolute purist in vintage Rolex as well as with Patek, I’m the absolute opposite for Seiko. I’m asking him for any ideas to age my SLA017 at the moment.

Wow that is a big call to mod a SLA017 I can get my head around doing it to an SKX009 but wow to me the SLA017 is perfect. However, I'd love to see one with instant patina and aging (as long as it isn't my watch)

Surprise!

Was just downstairs, and this turned up, used to wear it years ago, still have box, papers etc., from when I bought it in Barbados....this watch is a beast, forgot how great this one was. Just wound it for awhile, set the time, and it will start to get some wrist time again. Always thought the matte black center links looked great on this watch.

Seiko Velatura, automatic kinetic direct drive.
