Help

Kamusta mga kabayan, saw this thread when I was browsing, Pinoy from Toronto represent!

Tanong lang mga bossing, I have a Submariner pero nag loko na today, just died. My dad owned this since early 80’s and it has been serviced once at Rustan’s if I remember correctly maybe late 90’s. Do you guys think that it’ll be better to have the watch serviced there? I haven’t gone to a service center here but I’m just guessing, cost wise, I’ll get raped by the service center here but give me your advice please.

Salamat.

Are you sure it was Rustan's who serviced it kabayan?

On the other hand, RSC Manila charged me Php13,5t, more or less, last time I had my 16610 serviced. I think this was about 2years ago if I am not mistaken. Still a lot cheaper compared to RSC's abroad.

The amount included complete service plus change of gaskets and the crown. They let me retain all the parts too.

Good luck.

I was able to get it from the net.

Rolex Centere Phl Ltd
121 Paseo de Roxas
Makati City
Tel:+63 2811 3029

Called them up, they're weren't able to give me a quote coz they have to see the watch first, which I undestand. And it'll be 1-2 weeks service time.

Thanks guys.

Just look for Corinthian Plaza bluilding. Best is to park at the multi-level parking of Greenbelt near Italliannis resto.

When I had my 16610 serviced, it took them 10 to 14 days I believe.

Good luck with the service

I dropped my watch off to the RSC Toronto a few minutes ago. I can get the complimentary estimate in an hour if I wanted to wait but I opted not to, they’ll just email me the quote on Monday. I’ll wait until I get the estimate before I decide on which route to take. Sana hindi masakit sa bulsa he he he.
