Looks great. Reminds me of the Alaska project quite a bit with that pop of red, which I like. Looking forward to trying this as against my 321, which is a permanent fixture in the collection.

That’s interesting because the release was limited to 4 for each Boutique worldwide initially and then later to AD’s.

Had a chance to try one, loved it and its on my list. Hopefully easier to get than a Daytona.

Today's information from AD is that the watches should appear in showrooms from April.

LOL I'm right there with you Brian. The upside is that this watch is significantly different (case, movement, dial & bracelet). This watch will complement our Ed Whites beautifully!

just stunning.....my 30th is this year.....now I'm thinking of trading in my 3861 Sandwich for a Hesalite to have the ideal Moonwatch pair with this new white dial variant......

I would pick a Speedy over an Explorer II anytime. I sold a Polar Explorer II and have 3 Speedy's currently in my collection with two of them retailing over the Explorer II at the time of purchase. Explorer II polar can be had from an AD now at retail with a reasonable wait time, and a black dial is much easier. Give it some time and you will see both in the AD case, and even at a discount like before the pandemic.

Thanks for this. Was the crystal actually more domed on the white Speedmaster. I know the sales associate said so, but I really couldn't tell in your video closeups.

Having a Daytona Panda, don't know why I would spend $10k on this.

I have a hesalite speedy and heuer Monaco and tbh as much as the retro appeal is there they really are a pain! Stick with non scratch I would say

Saw this at the boutique tonight. I have a white Daytona and I must say this watch is a stunner. Pictures do it no justice.

Put my name down at my AD. Number 11 on list. Expected late this year is what I was told. That’s fine with me. Hopefully they over deliver !

Only comes in sapphire sandwich. Also comes on rubber or leather with deployment clasp for slightly cheaper. $7800

Local boutique is asking for in-full and partial deposits…without sharing a concrete ETA on the watch. Hmm….I would hope that’s because they know more than they’re letting on about when the watch would be in.
