Good to know. Really glad I have my Pioneer Mega Cool 42.8mm because I absolutely love it, the size and all. The 40mm is great as well so I’ll be excited to see the expansion of those.

How was your visit? Just curious how long you were there for, if there were a lot of watches to try on and look at? Etc.

I was hoping to go myself but they aren’t open on weekends and my work schedule keeps me from going for the foreseeable future.

Got one finally. Endeavor - one of the apparently discontinued styles (until there are new fascinating ones of course). I like the concept dials with nothing on them, but I still gravitated toward the more tradition with indices and the brand name.

Very nice. Congrats! Is this one of the manual winds, or is it an auto?

I understand the reasons but it is disappointing that Moser is phasing out the 42.8mm options. They are the only ones I would buy for myself.

My wife wears, and loves, this Burgundy dual time. We bought it to share, but it’s a bit small for my taste. It is the perfect watch on her however.

The watch I should have bought in 2019, and have never gotten out of my head since, is the midnight blue tourbillon. It’s the most amazingly beautiful watch I have ever tried on. Foolishly, I believed it wasn’t enough complication for the price. The Tourbillon, though not useful in today’s watches, is stunning and adds so much for the eyes to see with each passing glance. I have decided to wait for the right used example and pick one up…. correct a five year old wrong.

I agree. I hope they will continue the 42.8 in some way and/or bring it back if they truly discontinue it. I think they should keep it and also widen the 40 range of options, as those are lovely as well.

I tried these on recently in Milan and they are to die for!

That is absolutely lovely. The dial and the tourbillon! I too would love to own a Moser tourbillon someday.

I loved mine but had to sell it... It did not sit well on my 6.6 in wrist, kept rolling. Love it though !

Yobrooks, i hear ya... and wound up adding another pin-buckle hole between the stock ones for best fit. Seems my wrist is a 'tween size.

That’s weird. That pioneer looks the same size, or even smaller than the heritage.

Stunning. That’s one I tried on in Hong Kong and am really considering on the Ti bracelet. Remind me please, is the bezel ceramic, unidirectional, and is it 60 or 120 click?

That dial is gorgeous!

What this dial also does is that the “old way” of displaying the company logo is still the excellent. It provides visual interest and balance.

Thanks!

I've heard from some folks that the bezel insert is titanium too, and I think Tim Mosso recently stated the same on his video. Others have said it is either steel or aluminium/aluminum. The markings and numerals are all Globolight.

It is a unidirectional 60 click!

Is the only way to buy this format of the watch, with the bezel etc via that collab? Or is there a normal production version too?

This was a LE of 100 pieces from Govberg in Philly. They actually have 1 left , according to my SA. It's a great 40 mm unique Moser.

There is a 42mm in all steel that is similar, I believe.
