Well the 40mm felt a little too big for my skinny wrist. It has the same movement though as 5167.

Well this is a discontinued series. What I have read is that the first ones of the 5165 had another movement (315 I think it was) but it was replaced by the 324 that is the same as in the 5167. I have the 324 movement. I also read that the 5165 have the Geneva seal where's the 5167 has the PP seal. Other than that (and size) there's no difference that I know of. It looks the same but the 5165 actually feels better on my wrist.
