That's killer. I've got a 70m 6106-8100 that I love the look of, but just find the size a bit small for me, unfortunately. That's maybe the one thing holding me back from looking for a 6117

Thanks. They're supposedly solid white gold. Hands too, I believe.

Here's a couple of snaps of your watch as featured in one of my Japanese reference books.

Thanks! Very cool. Speaking of reference books, are there any good Seiko reference guides in English? Been looking to buy one.

Holy Crap. This picture reminded me that my dad had junk watches in a drawer of his watch bench. I used to always mess with them when I was a kid. This same watch was in that drawer. I must find out if he still has all that junk! Maybe I can resurrect it!!! Love it!

Icon7 I think that was a compliment in the post above!

I will substitute vintage for junk.

I am angling for a Seiko Pogue or Pogue-like watch that my father has.

Yeah, they don't wear quite as small as your typical vintage, but definitely smaller than a 40mm oyster. I guess I'm lucky getting blessed with a small wrist.

Appreciate it guys. You definitely have to go digging through that drawer. These aren't particularly easy to find and are trading hands close to $1000.
