from what I have seen, it's usually the lack of it, but YMMV

I think its an argument you will not get agreement on, in the case of my 1675 the plots and hands are very yellow although in the picture they dont look it. It has the original insert which is barely faded due to the fact it was boxed in a draw for over 30 years, make of that what you want but I put it down to ageing of the tritium.

Thanks for the replies. I was curious since the markers and hands on my 1.7mil serial 5512 are very light.
(You guys have seen this picture before)

We get long warm summers here in West Coast, autumn is coming in 1/2 months but it's funny i'll be going to South America next month and will be there for awhile. Since the summer is starting there, i will hardly see winter this year

no, it's a leather nato from C&B I think, or Gnomon. I have no B&S, if you mean Bulang

^^ The orange is Bulang&Sons. I think they are good quality, and have a large variety of colors. You can also check 'Wotancraft', they might have only natos i am not sure. Also one dealer i saw on ebay called 'hyshim' offer orange tan straps, you might want to check that as well.

Yep buddy, they fit perfect. Plus they have a good feel and great textures to them.

I forgot to mention Hoodinkee, they have tan straps also! I read you ordered one from them, would like to hear how it is

Yes I ordered a Kangaroo strap from Hodinkee and a Tan leather nato from B&S. Thought I'd have the kangaroo strap today but will arrive Monday. The other sometime late next week. Will post pics as soon as I have them. Along with a strap giveaway. I will be doing a photo contest similar to the one Nathaniel had that I won.

Search some of the recommendations.

They are above usd 130 and above.

That price can get a genuine shell cordovan..

Was thinking below usd $50 budget..
