Daytona since both are on oyster. Next, get the BLRO on jubilee for a great combo!

Different watches entirely. If one does not appeal more, you either don't like either of them enough or you're going to end up owning both. You could do worse!

I'll take the BLRO every time. You do you.

I own both although my BLRO is in jubilee, I like both but if I am to choose one I will pick the black Daytona.

Daytona, but you’re winning with either.

Nice to be able to rotate between both. For me the Daytona’s get much more wrist time than the GNT’s.

If I could only own one Rolex, it would be the GMT Pepsi. As for a chronograph, a Speedy would not only fill that role, but might even do it better.

Pains me to say as the Daytona king but the Daytona wins it for me. Who are we kidding. But in all honesty if it was the Pepsi on jubilee I’d say flip a coin.

Form follows Function. I have no need for the chronograph function. All the extra dials just clutter the watch face. The very reason I never consider the Daytona. On the other hand, I travel and I have family/relatives overseas. I can use the GMT function. The Rolex GMT is simplicity at its best. I can read the times and adjust it easily. As far as I am concerned GMT wins hands down.

Love the 5-digit Pepsi with the aluminum insert. The colors are so much more vibrant.

The obsession with the modern Pepsi with the ceramic insert is lost on me. The red is dull and dark, like maroon-colored stool...

The right answer is "Yes". For one, I'd go GMT if you travel. The date and GMT are only relevant complications IMO. Daytona is more aesthetically pleasing. Go with that if the date / gmt is not important to you.

Easy for me … Daytona.

I have never connected with the GMT … probably because of its “maxi case” appearance.

Great combo! Wear it in good health!

Put a gun to my head to pick one ONLY, I will pick the Black Daytona.

Daytona. For the current production BLRO, how many variations have there been on the shades of the red and blue? Have people started calling then Mark 1,2…? I have seen some photos of the BLRO that definitely have nicer blue and red than some other. Not sure why I’m asking since I’m not a buyer but…

Great question. Two of my favorite models, though I prefer both in WG. Probably take the Daytona, but if you put the Pepsi on a jubilee the choice becomes even more difficult
