I like the 31 size on a woman’s wrist a more classic sophisticated look, like the DJ31 with the blue flower motif with the diamonds in the design with the jubilee bracelet,
love the jubilee bracelet on a woman’s wrist a stunning piece that looks amazing on.

Cheers,
I like that floral dial model as well and considered it but just keep coming back to the OP

My wife has owned them all and has decide the 36mm Date Just is the one. She has the same size wrist as the OP and is an inch taller.

I really considered this dial back in the day when it was being sold! It looks great. I was afraid I wouldn't love it over time so I bought a 31mm pink roman dial instead. Probably should have gotten the floral.

My wife has similar sized wrists and happily wears a 36mm DJ, and it looks great on her.

Ha! He wouldn't. He isn't into watches at all and wouldn't wear the turquoise color if he was. I know some guys are into it but he just isn't. So no worries about him borrowing. Restoring classic cars is his thing.

I share my wife's personal experience.
My wife owns a DJ 36 (jubilee) and a Cartier Ballon Bleu 33mm.

The watch she wears the most is the Cartier Ballon Bleu 33mm because it's the one that goes everywhere, whether it's dressy, chic, professional or casual.

If she had to have only one, it would be this one, and the main reason is the size: between 31-34 mm, according to my wife, it's the sweet spot, and I finally share her opinion.

As for her DJ 36, she wears it occasionally, and when she does it's more for weekends or casual wear, she finds the 36 mm more sporty.

As men, I think we're biased towards women's 36 mm watches, which will obviously depend on the size of the wrist and the circumstances in which it will be worn, but somewhere along the line, we tell ourselves that if our wife buys a 36 mm watch, weas men, will also be able to wear it :)

I remember when she asked me for my opinion, I said 36mm (because I couldn't see the difference.) when she was more like 34mm.

To conclude, I'd say it's a good idea to try out the 31, 34 and 36 mm models, but also to know whether you're looking for a watch for all occasions, or something a little more sporty/casual chic :)

That 33mm ballon bleu is definitely on my wishlist and it's my favorite size for that model, I currently have a tank and a small miss pasha from when the pasha was produced years ago. I think that is why I keep considering the 31mm in this OP is that I consider that a pretty classic size myself.

I prefer the 31mm, I think it's much more feminine

My wife is 5’3” and wears 36 as her smallest, on a regular basis, up to 41.
Has one 28mm diamond set dress President Rolex.
Her Tiffany OP is 4@ and the one she wears the most.

36mm

The 36mm is actually around 35mm

The 41mm is actually around 39.5mm

Many ladies in the watch club meets I frequent are wearing the 36 & 41.

Op, I love the OP simple and clean design great choice in 31 or 36 it seems you like the smaller size pieces, I like that look more sophisticated and feminine, than a bigger case.
The 36 is considered a unisex size and it looks good on the wrist. The new trend is smaller now again for men and women.

Post some pics on what you decide, we all like to see them.

Cheers,
