What do you mean by this? So the sales rep took a photo and that was used for the engraving? Can they engrave a landscape or a picture you and your partner. I was wondering about that.

Yes, the manager told us that it was possible from a paper or digital photo, but did not explain to us how they did it. The result is really perfect.
