I hate to answer for my friend and I’m sure he has many more … Off the top of my head, the ones that stand out are: 321 SS, 321 plat, all three silver snoopies, and of course the usual Speedmasters. The Canopus is the missing piece of the Omega speedmaster catalog Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

How are you getting on with the 321 platinum?
I think they are lovely in pictures but I’ve never seen one in the metal. |

How cool is that? I don't know of any other watch out there that contains a piece of another celestial body? I'm smitten with it! |

Does it contain a piece of the Moon? I thought it was 'just' meteorite. |

Thanks very much for the link, but it doesn't explain how Omega obtained the material.

I would be so curious what your wearing habits would be if you owned the canopus as well. Between the platinum and SS 321, do you gravitate toward one or the other more?
Not sure if you have a clearly made mind on which one goes and stays if you were to cull the herd. |

I have no doubt the Canopus would see as much wrist time as the 321P and 321SS..... and that would be once in a blue moon.... With 20-watches currently in the collection, I desperately need to cull the herd. |

Thanks very much for the link. I’ve just realised that I’ve seen this video before but I’d forgotten the details. It’s an age thing I suspect! It’s a lovely watch and to me knowing what it’s made of just adds to it. This and the 321 Canopus are both lovely but unfortunately both cost more than I would pay for a watch, but I hope you enjoy yours and look forward to seeing some photos if you get the Canopus. |
