The Air King for sure, I really like the new one with the guards and the dial, the EXP I is nice also. I think they both have easy link no glidelock.

Actually the new Air-King (126900) as pictured in the first post has the same locking clasp as the Explorer and many (or all?) other Rolex sport watches on bracelet have. As Rolex writes in their product description:

Folding Oysterlock safety clasp with Easylink 5 mm comfort extension link

OP - they’re really similar, you can’t go wrong if you get the one that causes you to smile bigger.

At this case size I do think the Airking is a better looking watch. I prefer the smaller explorer I 36mm size - just looks more well proportioned

I picked up the new Explorer 1 in 40 mm from my AD a couple of months ago. It is a really nice watch. My favorite thing about it is the simple and clean dial.
