When did Rolex start applying those types of stickers? Was it far enough back to have been on a watch with lug holes?

Yes, the full case stickers first appeared with the lug hole models. My best guess would have been early 2000. I've owned and seen other NOS models from 1998 that did not have the full case stickers. Prior to 2000, watches had case-back sticker and a clasp sticker.

Definitely not NOS; not that Im telling you anything different. Whats worse is that the seller tried to cover it up by putting stickers on it like they were OEM.
