Omg to be honest , I cringe when I wear it hot weather .. it feels heavy and constricted , like the metals don’t allow the skin to breath if that makes sense ..
The best bracelets I have worn is the oyster used in the GMT and then the jubilee and then the oyster in the DSSD ( yea I know it’s heavier lol)

But otherwise the looks are amazing

I’ve got a pretty long pic heavy thread highlighting some of my experiences with my 16613lb. Check it out it’s called “adventures of a bluesy”. It may help you decide.

haha I feel that. I traveled over the weekend to San Diego/La Jolla with just my Bluesy and I missed my other watches. These days though, I prefer to only bring one watch so that it stays on my wrist the whole time and nothing gets taken from hotel rooms, etc.

If you only bring one, the Pepsi is a hell of a choice, though!

Safe travels.

I wish! It was just a weekend trip to La Jolla, CA. It was a great watch to bring, though!

I have both a TT Bluesy and TT Rootbeer. I also have full PM DD and Daytona.

In my own opinion the contrast of the TT makes both watches more visually interesting and stunning than full PM.

I'd happily own both in PM, but personally don't think they look as good.

My favorite watch is my Rolex “Bluesy”.

If I ever bought a solid yellow gold Submariner, it would the one with the Black Dial / Bezel.

I had a 40mm bluesy for years and loved it! Always thinking about getting another

Currently have a batgirl and don’t know whether to go back to bluesy or go up to a panda..the bluesy technically looks more special than panda and almost half the price

After more than 10 years with my 116618 LB I'd definitely say go for PM.

I would honestly say that, if at all possible, just add to the BLNR. I have both and have gotten a ton of enjoyment out of being able to go back and forth. While the Bluesy is still the favorite of my collection, sometimes I do like a bit of a palette cleanser and go back to steel for a bit, and there is arguably no better watch than a BLNR for that.

I totally agree with this, per my comments above. I treat my TT the same way I did as my SS. I'm far more careful with my PM's.

don't get me wrong the full PM subs and gmt's are great, but if I switched I'd have huge buyers remorse.

Ah, well Danny I'm now well trained and treat my TTs almost as well as my Golds but must admit I am more casual with them and throwing my arms about is rather nice.

My new 12 has the glidelock which is quite cool and aleviates this problem nicely. I actually prefer the halflink extension to the glidelock, but both work well for this issue imho.

I've been overseas for a month and hadn't worn the Bluesy for a while. Looking at these pictures from Singapore last year, when I picked it up DF, makes me wanna get it out of the safe asap. I think I'll wait for the weekend and retire the PM's for a few weeks.

Two-tone. The all yellow is too bling. The TT is so classic and so pretty!
