It would have been funny if you went to your AD and it said “Sorry, we no have Rollies for today” using the same paper sign.

I shared this story with my AD and we both got a laugh. I’m now hitting them up for a Popeyes Chicken Sandwich when they deliver my Daytona, whenever that’ll be...

"Sorry we no have sandwiches"

Brilliant - MN has obviously fallen - but how in the heck did this genius spell sandwiches correctly?

Congrats on the watch by the way....

Hopefully some of the flippers will start to pursue this new chicken shortage instead for profits. Maybe we will start seeing watches again at ADs in near future

I hope that Popeye's learned their lesson and now they will increase supply!

Congratulations on an awesome watch. I wear mine quite frequently and love not just the phantom hands but that brushed bracelet as well.

Glad to see this reference starting to get some love here on the forum. The hype of the polar seems to steal some of the thunder from this one but having had a chance to try both the black was the clear winner in my opinion. Wear in good health (so maybe skip the sandwich? Who am I kidding, Popeyes is pretty great!).

I'm literally planning to go to Montana from Calgary to pick up a Air king soon and one of my friends wants to come so that we can try the popeyes sandwich as well. Hopefully we are able to get both tho but still funny how Im not the only one who is combining rolex and popeyes chicken sandwiches

Very soon. You can get these sandwiches from the grey market at premium price. Lol

I really love the matte dial and the phantom hands. Great piece!

Very nice. So much better than the sandwich. Lol.
