Great to hear!
What state are you in and was it a boutique, or regular AD?

My son received a SubC for his 21st birthday yesterday, the day before, my wife received her SDC. I have a none date Sub, together with a GMT Blue Black, together with a smattering of DJs.

Ben, my son was given the choice of any of these models and asked to consider a Daytona.

He chose the SubC as the iconic sports watch to start his collection. My wife just loved the look of the SDC. It is personal taste that draws a person to a watch. I still love my 2002 none date Sub and keep going back to it.

My son's issue will be stopping my daughter, who wears a GMT Pepsi Can, raiding the collection when we are no longer here!

Hi Jose, thank you! It's really nice! Not too heavy or chunky and has great presence on the wrist.

I can do one better, I have a saved pic somewhere of the TT subc with fully graduated SDc style bezel that popped up last year.

Slimmer lugs and crown guards, matte dial, no cyclops, HEV, better depth rating—there are a lot more differences than what you mention.
