I'd humbly suggest: a Cartier Tank Louis, GS Snowflake or a rose gold Navitimer. But as others have said, you've got a great collection as is.

I think you've pretty much hit the sweet spot already.

You have a good collection already, You can add a Daytona if that will make it a complete one.

As others have said, you have a great collection.
You could do a jubilee/jubilee DJ. I have a sweet spot for Grand Seiko, especially the Spring Drives. Also look at IWC - I have a Portugieser Chrono and it's one of my favorites. |

Again, congrats on a really well curated collection- you have all the bases covered- well! If you are itching to add, I'd suggest adding something with a punch of color and/or a rectangular watch. A blue or green or burgundy/red Reverso (mono or duoface (my preference)) immediately comes to mind & I feel it would fit well with your collection. One of the Cartier's KatGirl suggested would fit in well, too, IMHO.
Btw, do you wear the Speedy on bracelet or on a strap? I bought a strap with an Omega deployant clasp for my Speedy and it was almost like having another watch to wear. (That could be another way to add some color.)
