There are only two:

I inherited it from my Grandfather.
My brother gave it to me as a gift.

There are either a lot of fakes or a lot of ***** relatives.

Its fake for sure...

The dial markers are too small and the outer rings surrounding them are too thick..

The etch at six is too visible, obvious from a foot away...

The zero's on the insert are squared and they should bulge so slightly towards the middle.

The cyclops looks suspect with no AR..

The list goes on, its fake all the way.

And hand stack correctness doesnt always prove gen, there are aftermarket eta movements with correct to gen handstack.

Give you're brother back his paper weight and tell him no thanks

One sure way to tell it is fake is when you post pics of it in that tight plastic wrap. A factory Rolex never comes like that. Besides that I like to pick on the mag lens. Fakes often do a 1.5 times meg and Rolex it is bolder about 2.5 times meg. + the gap between the case and end links is wrong. Rolex would have it tight a perfect fit unless we are talking some vintage rolex that has been used thousands of times then thouse old school hollow end links start to rattle a bit.

Good eye on the end links - you are correct.

So far, OP's posts so far appear to be asking to critique a watch with no real contribution to the forum.... yet.

I feel like we're being used?

In the top picture, the watch appears to be printed in gilt. In the bottom photo, the printing on the watch is in white. Does anyone else see this or is it just me?

It's a fake. In the first picture the gold on the mid links are not wrapped. The rehaut is too high plus the engraving sucks. The markers on the dial is poor. Wrong hand stack and the most obvious is on the second picture you can see the crown itching on the dial...there's more but you got the point.
